Warranty and returns

Warranty coverage depends on the manufacturer, product condition, supply route and terms stated in the accepted quotation. Gemrawlers records the applicable warranty before order confirmation.

Before accepting delivery

Inspect quantities, visible condition and model references with the delivery representative. Report shortages or visible transit damage on the handover record.

Faults and returns

Contact info@gemrawlers.co.zw with the order reference, serial number, fault description and supporting photographs where relevant. Do not return equipment without a return authorisation. Software, activated licences, configured equipment and specially sourced goods may be non-returnable unless defective or otherwise agreed in writing.
