Terms

Quotations remain valid for the period shown on the quotation. Availability, exchange-rate exposure, lead time, warranty and delivery terms are confirmed per order. An order becomes binding only after written approval and any stated deposit or purchase-order condition is met.

Institutional orders

Customer specifications and approval records take priority. Changes require written confirmation. Delivery is confirmed by authorised handover documentation.
