What the quotation confirms

Each quotation should state the delivery destination, expected lead time, delivery charge or inclusion, handover requirements and any installation scope. Dates remain estimates until the order is confirmed.

Receiving an order

An authorised representative should verify the delivery and sign the handover record. Secure tracking links show public fulfilment milestones without exposing internal commercial information.
